What Should be Paid Attention to When Automatic Duct Production Line is Producing?

Many people don't know much about the production of ducts. The ventilation ducts that we usually come into contact with are the primary components of ventilation and air conditioning systems, most of which are made of duct production lines. However, due to various factors, the ducts processed by the HVAC duct production line may cause problems. 

The rectangular duct has two opposite planes and the end faces are not parallel; the corners are not straight; the diagonal lines are not equal; the bite is not strict. The air duct connection force will be uneven, the air duct behind the equipment is not straight, the flange gasket is not tight, the system leaks air, the air conditioner load is lost, and the service life is shortened. The blanking of the board is prohibited; the ducts are parallel, and the length and width of the opposite sides are not equal.

The wall of the tube is made of a sound-absorbing material and also contains a centrifugal glass fiber board which has a small thermal conductivity. Its appearance has a composite aluminum foil cloth, which has strong heat reflection and good heat preservation performance. Better than ordinary ducts.
