How to Improve the Rigidity and Accuracy of CNC Turret Punch Press?

Ⅰ. Introduction of CNC turret punch press


The CNC turret punch press is composed of a computer control system, a mechanical or hydraulic power system, a servo feeding mechanism, a mold library, a mold selection system, and a peripheral programming system.


The CNC turret punch press is a processing program compiled by programming software or manual. The servo feeding mechanism sends the sheet to the position to be processed. At the same time, the mold selection system selects the corresponding mold in the mold library, and the hydraulic power system proceeds according to the program. Finally, it can automatically complete the processing of the workpiece.


The throat depth of a CNC turret punch refers to the distance from the punching center to the side plate of the bed. The depth of the throat directly determines the width of the processed plate(the size of the plate processed along the length of the bed).


Ⅱ. Methods to improve the rigidity and accuracy of CNC turret punch press


1. The CNC turret punch press is not directly connected to the large crank stamping block, but it is connected to the mass level with a relatively small sliding motion. So, the internal force of the inertial force is not as small as the deputy director of the rolling conflict, and the heat generated by the conflict is relatively Smaller, which can improve the accuracy of high-speed moving punch.


2. The connection between the slider and the main punch (except the guide) is completed by the connecting rod and the slider. The kinematic chain is short, and the tiltable punch and movement are connected to two auxiliary rotation and movement pairs, while other high-speed punches are usually completed by at least three rotation pairs. They are therefore moved to replace the more rigid auxiliary pair in rotation contrary to the present invention.


3. Pressing instead of rolling pair uses the load of the horizontally moving slider that moves through the slider and the main body to the rod, and has better rigidity.


4. Through the planning of this mechanism, the crankshaft can reach the position of the next stamping die slider twice a week to complete the double stroke. This time, the operating speed of the crank-slider mechanism will be reduced to half of the original parts, and part of the inertial force of the CNC turret punch of the moving parts will be greatly reduced by the descending speed, and then the balance will be completed more simply.
