1, replacement diagnostic method

At this point, the replacement of the suspected portion with the spare printed circuit board, integrated circuit chip or component, or the exchange of two printed circuit boards, integrated circuit chips or components with the same function in the system can be quickly Find out where the fault is.


This is an easy way to do it. However, you should pay attention to the model, specifications, various markings, potentiometer adjustment position, switch status, and line change of the spare parts. In addition, it is necessary to consider some potentiometers that may need to be re-adjusted to ensure that the new and old parts have similar performance. Any slight difference can lead to failure or loss.


2, visual inspection

The visual inspection method is a method in which maintenance personnel make full use of their own eyes, nose, ears, hands, etc. to directly find faults in the air duct production line. By visually testing the faulty circuit board of the air duct production line, carefully checking the presence or absence of fuse blowing, component burnout, smoke, and cracking, it can be judged whether there is overcurrent, overvoltage or short circuit in the board.


Touch and gently shake the components (such as resistors, capacitors, transistors, etc.) to feel the looseness of the components, so as to check some pin breaks, solder joints and other issues. For some parts of the fault, use some simple tools, such as a multimeter, buzzer, etc., to check whether the connection between the power supplies is broken. If not, you can access the corresponding power supply, and pay attention to the phenomenon of smokeless, dust, noise, burnt smell, and abnormal heat, so as to find some obvious faults and further narrow the inspection scope.
