J. The slider oscillates and shakes when it is under pressure at the bottom dead center.

4, check whether the bow wrench installation is standard, whether the screw hole is dead

5, the change of the board itself (thickness, material, stress)

6. Is the grating ruler loose?

7. The positioning accuracy is not accurate: Is the proportional valve zero offset value suitable? The positioning cannot go to the bottom dead center so that it cannot be returned.


O. the straightness error of the bend is large

1. Check if the compensation cylinder compensation deflection is appropriate.

2. Check if the quick clip is loose.

3. Check whether the horizontal and vertical mold fitting surfaces on the slider are deformed.

4, check whether the upper and lower molds are deformed

5, the change of the board itself (thickness, material, stress)

6. Check if the lower table (neutral plate) is deformed.


P. hydraulic pipeline oil leakage or oil pipe collapse

1. Check if the tubing installation meets the requirements (extension length, pipe diameter, wall thickness, ferrule, nut too tight, too loose, bending radius, etc.)

3. Does the oil pipe have shock or vibration?

4. Check if the pipeline collides with other interference

5. The pipe is not fixed by pipe clamp


Q. Precautions for installation and maintenance of hydraulic system:

1. The valves of the paint seal shall not be dismantled by themselves, and shall not be adjusted.

2. The valve works normally after cleaning, must replace the new oil and clean the fuel tank immediately

3. When the oil pump is installed, it must not be subjected to any knocking or impact. Before the oil pump is tested, it must be pre-fueled.

4. Each valve can only be transported with its valve body and must not touch any solenoid valve.


R. the common fault analysis of the back gauge

Cack gauge can not move:

3. check the reliability of the connector

The drive alarm:

The X and R axes are not stable and have jitter.

Positioning accuracy changes:
